• If you’re locked out of your apartment follow this lock out procedure:
  1. Call a locksmith – They will expect payment upon arrival. They will drill out your lock leaving your apartment unsecure. The following morning we will then change the locks and provide you with new keys. WFL charges $75 to replace locks.
  2. Call emergency maintenance – There is $100 charge for our maintenance staff to unlock your apartment after hours. This is paid directly to the staff member responding and is due upon arrival.
